For the 2nd year now, Zoo York has been a partner in the Empire Shakedown, held on Mont Saint-Sauveur in Quebec, Canada. Shakedown is a pro snowboard contest, has been running for seven years, and is the biggest of its kind in Canada. 30 riders compete for prizes of 20,000$ as 25,000 raging spectators look on!!!
This year the contest was exceptionally good as the warm sunny weather and amazing snow conditions made for an incredible weekend! Zoo York had its own prime private bleacher where 400 Zoo York VIP's equipped with their free Zoo York beanies looked on.
In addition, Zoo York made the official competitor jersey and in the village, set up a an amateur rail jam to compete for Zoo York prizes.
